Pairtempo
Privacy policy
Last updated September 18, 2026
Your plan stays on your phone, with optional private iCloud sharing for your household.
Privacy questions?
This privacy policy applies to the Pairtempo iPhone app provided by Excelpha LLC. It describes the app’s data practices separately from the Excelpha website.
Information stored on your iPhone
Pairtempo saves the household name, partner names and routines, shifts, tasks, rest periods, shared plans, notes, and preferences that you enter. The app does not require a separate Pairtempo account. You can use the local planner without connecting it to iCloud.
Optional iCloud storage and sharing
If you connect your household to iCloud, the app stores the household plan with Apple CloudKit in your private iCloud database. When you invite a partner, that person can view and edit the shared household. The app uses an iCloud user record identifier to keep saved changes associated with the correct account. Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy protections apply. Pairtempo does not send your household plan to a separate server operated by Excelpha LLC.
Both partners can edit the shared plan. Enter only information you want the invited partner to see. Changes sync while Pairtempo is open. The iPhone plan is separate from the web app.
Reminders and calendars
After you allow notifications, reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings. Pairtempo does not read your existing calendars. If you add an entry to Apple Calendar or export a calendar file, that copy is managed by the destination app or service and does not update automatically with your household plan.
Advertising and analytics
The iPhone app includes no advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not send usage analytics to an Excelpha server.
Support communications
If you email info@excelpha.com, Excelpha LLC receives your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords or sensitive household details. You can contact the same address to request removal of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit or delete individual entries in the app. A household owner can choose Delete household & its data in Household to remove the local plan and the household’s iCloud records. An invited partner can choose Leave household & remove local data to remove their access and the copy on that phone; the owner’s household remains.
Household data remains on the device and, when connected, in iCloud until removed through the available controls. Calendar exports, copies in other apps, and copies already made on another person’s device are separate and may need to be removed there. Revoking sharing access prevents further synchronization but does not retract copies already made. Contact us if you need help using these controls.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. For Pairtempo support or privacy questions, contact Excelpha LLC at info@excelpha.com.
